The Bunny Bed and Breakfast is a holiday retreat for rabbits and guinea pigs. We are a small, family-run business where your pet will receive our undivided attention and be pampered during their stay - after all it's their holiday too.

Run by Shelley Tomkins, a qualified veterinary nurse with over 15 years experience of working with a wide range of small animals, you can be assured your pet will be cared for professionally and with care.

Accommodation

Our guests are housed in large, secure hutches and get out every day for exercise, whatever the weather. The hutches are kept in their own cosy shed in the winter months but in the warmer summer months they are outdoors. Attention is always paid to weather conditions so that your pet is never at risk from cold or from overheating. We bed our hutches with good quality, dust extracted wood shavings and cosy straw in the bedroom areas. Hay is provided in hay racks to ensure cleanliness and freshness. All our guests have their beds changed daily and their toilet areas/litter trays cleaned twice daily. If your pet requires special bedding, then please let us know before their arrival and we will ensure that we are prepared. This may incur an extra charge.

Indoor pets

We are able to provide indoor housing within our home if that is what your pet is used to. We will be happy to include them as part of our family during their stay. We have an indoor run for exercise or if your rabbit is litter trained we will be happy to let them run free fro exercise.

Food and Exercise

Medication

If for any reason your rabbit/guinea pig is ill either before or during its stay with us, then we will ensure the appropriate medication is administered correctly.
